This is usually the busiest time for teen and getting their licence. In Illinois we must wait for the state to re-open to phase 4, which should be June 28th. Some states like Georgia and Wisconsin are just giving the teens licences without a test, on good faith. Probably not good. The US has also pushed back the dates for requiring REAL ID to travel.
